You vent line is likely clogged or is too long or not connected at all and your dryer is venting directly into the room

Why do I have to dry stuff twice.?

A lot of times when your dryer doesn't dry your clothes ,the problem is with the washer not spinning properly. Then there is too much water left in the clothes so the dryer can't remove it all.

Strange yellowish circle appearing on white shirts

i believe the stains are actually semi burn marks. If you are drying your whites try a lower heat setting. i had this problem with my kenmore dryer before too. Got bad especially with towels. Make sure your vent is not clogged and your filter is cleaned regularly to let the heat flow better. should help.

air flow also required. if temp is coming up inside (120'+) look for bent duct out back, flapper stuck. blocked lint or foreign material, air flow holes blocked. assuming your drying other than like towel and your washer is spinning out water ok.

if helpful please rate me. if not please tell me more.

Water is coming out from under my machine during spin cycle. LOTS of water. I'm going to check my drain hose, but wonder if I need to take off the front of the washer?

No, you do not need to take off the front of the washer. This usually means a drain hose or the drain itself is clogged up or backed up. When the tub spins the water will naturally go over the top of the tub and splash out.

DRY TIME IS VERY EXCESSIVE

Excessive drying time can be caused by a number of things.

Is the vent clear of obstructions? If not then the vent and ducting will have to be cleaned. This ch be checked by removing the vent hos from the back of the machine and testing the dry time with a small load of a couple of towels.

Is the temperature hot inside of the dryer? If not then the heating element may have a problem.

Is the washer spinning most of the water out of the clothes? If not then the dryer is overworking to remove the water.

Is the dryer fairly old or was it a "scratch and dent" floor model? Then there may not be an adequate seal around the dryer drum and a lot of drying potential is lost.

Is there lint build up in the blower or is the blower not spinning? This cause the air to not circulate. It can be checked by removing the rear duct hose and running the machine.

Broken washer/dryer

This sounds like a motor control board is faulty. Please load a couple of towels in the machine run it. Watch the machine as it goes through its' cycles.

1. Do the towels tumble when the machine is washing ?
2. When it begins to spin, does it spin one way at a fast pace or does it spin one way and then the other ?

Answering these two questions will help in troubleshooting your problem.

"CD" ERROR ON LG WM-3677HW Front Load All-in-One Washer / Dryer

CD means cool down, press the pause start button, the door lock will open. It is an anti crease cycle. It mentions it in the owners manual, but it is hidden deep in the drying section.

Clothes Hot but damp, water out of vent

Is this a combo washer/dryer in 1 unit? water shoud not come out if it is just a dryer. Your air coming out of the back vent hose should be hot. If your clothes comes out of your WASHER damp (more than normal) then your washer is not spin drying good enough. (worn belt, clogged drainage system).
