How to fix display driver not responding?

assuming you have the latest driver available installed with this graphics card, and without knowing which version of windows you have..
go to your Nvidia Control Panel (Rt click on the desktop)
go to the 'Set PhysX Configuration'
in the Select a PhysX processor drop down box.
change it from Auto select to the Graphics card.
should work. if not. roll back your Graphics driver to a previous version

Which graphics card is best for gaming ati or nvidia?

Well this depends, ATI or now known as AMD; and Nvidia both make excellent cards.

This decision is going to have to be made by you.

ATI/AMD option
If you plan on going the ATI/AMD way then I would suggest nothing less than the HD 5770 in the 5000 series or HD 4770 in the 4000 series. If you really want a performance card then anything in the latest 6000 series will work wonders for your system.

Nvidia option
If you plan on going the Nvidia way then I would suggest anything from the GTS240 upward in the 200 series or GTS450 in the latest 400 series. Just remember if you want to take advantage of DirectX 11 graphics with Windows 7 then only cards in the 400 series and higher have DirectX 11 support.

My personal opinion
I personally have a Zotac GTS450 powered by Nvidia and it plays any game on the current market, like Star Wars The Force Unleashed 2, at 1920x1080 Full HD highest graphics settings. So far I have found Nvidia to be the best choice for me.

Both different types have their pros and cons.
On the one hand ATI/AMD cards do not have Nvidia Physx so your games will look a little bit more realistic in terms of environment destruction with an Nvidia card.
Then on the other hand Nvidia cards are a little bit more expensive.

I have a problem with a game Need for Speed Shift, I installed it and when I want to start something appears Physxloader.dll(missing of computer),tray reinstalling the program to fix this problem.I do that...

first go to RUN> type DXDIAG>ok look for the file Physxloader.dll if the file does not exist then download it from the internet http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?physxloader then copy the file and paste it in the system files directory and in the game destination folder... rightclick on desktop icon >properties>find target>paste here GOOD LUCK!

Can i play supreme commander with ati radeon 9200?

I's sure it is if you have the requirement to run this game. Include also 1GB Memory or up.
You need to install all the required support program to run this game, like DirectX9.0c and Microsoft Runtime SDK 6.0 or up version.
