Dyson recommends you have your vac serviced locally. Look in the phone book yellow pages for a vac repair/store near you. Dyson has a poor support site that does sell a few parts like the User Guide for $8.99! @ http://www.dyson.com/store/parts.asp?product=DC17-ANIMAL wow not down-loadable for free!
I wouldn't get to excited about repairs. Maybe I can help you to fix it yourself! What exactly is the problem? jack
you just need to blow those holes out with a air compressor or similiar device and the filter can be washed in water and dried for 24 hours every once in a while, this is just how the vacuum works, nothing is perfect
