Most times you don't really need a software or a driver if all you want to do is transfer. you only need to get a usb cable for your fone and when you connect your computer will see it as an external device, but to do this you might have to move all the information you want to transfer to your memory card this is because in the case of some fones, only the memory card can be accessed this way while other fones can allow you to access both the fone and memory card.
alternatively you can move your items to the memory card and use a memory card reader to connect to your computer

U need to install motorola phone tool software(Comes along with mobile) in ur computer after install that software u will get an icon on desktop of motorola phone tool then when u will plug in data cable with mobile and computer u will get a picture of ur mobile on ur computer after open Motorola phone tool icon from ur desktop
