My Videos won't download onto my MP4 eve...

I have a Zodiac MP4 player with a little 2.4 inch screen. I've tried downloading videos using the converter provided with the MP4, which is supposed to convert .wma to .avi and it still won't play them. Whatever video I attempt to save shows up on the menu under "Explorer" but it won't play it saying "file not supported" or something like that. How do I get my video's to play on this player. It says it fully supports them, but the instruction manual is completely inadequate. Please help. Thanks.

- My Mp4 can't play the videos I upload off of youtube. After I upload them I convert them to AVI and then place them onto my mp4 but the message "file error" appears. Can anyone help me fix this problem ?

hey any of u guys or girls try using the manual it says all videos even avi videos must be converted using the disk that came with
the package TRY IT!!! hope it works.(might no work for windows vista mine wont)

Ok i Just had the same problem but ithink i figued it out because i just put a video in their and it worked. So first of all u must ahve done a type-o because WMA is not a video format it means Windows Media Audio so i am assuming u said Windows Movie Video(WMV).
So what i did is I put the Resolution as 320x240 and put it in a folder in your desktop then drag the file and drop it try that and if u still have problems just ask.

i think the problem is that the video file format may either be wrong, (e.g. mpeg-4 or mp4), the resolution is too large for the reccomended device (e.g. 700x620) or that the audio track is not recognised (e.g. aac).

Most of these however can be fixed usng a converter tool such as handbrake.

hi all,
I do the following ; 1 my mp4 recognized when connected to my pc
2 mp3 files have been downloaded successfully and works also the photos.
3 the videos files converted by xilisoft program to mpeg files, but when i drag them to the mp4 window i can see them there, my problem once i on my mp4 i cant found them there and when i open the video section i get this massage ( the disc is empty!) , pleeeeez how 2 solve this problem?

I have a zodiac too, but my problem is that it will NOT connect to the computer anymore with the USB, all it does is say it's charging. I've been listening to the same songs on it for weeks due to this problem.

NOT ONL AM I HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM, BUT I'M GETTING AN ERROR CODE MENCODER.EXE HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE. HAS ANY ONE FOUND OUT WHAT CAN PUT VIDEOS ON THIS THING.
