Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Hi the only way of fixing this is to take the drive out and strip it down and give it a good clean, if you have any warranty left take it back and get the xbox exchanged, if you have no warranty then get someone to do it for you as its not easy to take the xbox apart let alone get the dvd drive apart.
one thing you can try is go to a computer hard ware store and buy a can of compressed air then press the open button for the drive then pull it out all the way and switch the xbox off at the mains with the tray open,
then give the inside a good spray through the flap with the can of air doing this will remove any build up of dust and it may solve your problem.
let me know if you need further assistance ok
plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks
