Question about Motorola Mobility ROKR E6 Smartphone
Please have the adapter voltage checked for the dc output , have the battery contacts cleaned and checked for the voltage.
If either of the above is low then replace.
if Ok test the voltage at the teminal of the phone after connecting the adapter.
If Ok the battery must charge but if the charge drops off the batttery is faulty provided the functions of the phone are OK.
