You mean to say that the set is shunting which can be arelative power based issue wherein the power is used by a section to exceed and the power trips only to give it back again.
The circuit must be checked for the voltage variation specially in the output boards, detach off the heating components to see if the shunting stabilises. The fault can be identified and replaced, but check from sections to sections in disconnection.
