Dear User ,
Due to incompatible Resolution the screen may go blank , to change the resolution to its original value , follow the steps below
1.Restart the computer 2.As the computer start booting ,Keep tapping the F8 button on your keyboard 3.Keep tapping untill you get the Windows advanced boot menu 4.Select VGA display mode using the arrow key and Press enter 5.Once inside the desktop ,Go ahead and change the screen resolution to its original value and restart again 6.This Time let it come back normally

Open Screen Resolution by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, and then, under Appearance and Personalization, clicking Adjust screen resolution.
Click the drop-down list next to Resolution, move the slider to the resolution you want, and then click Apply.
Click Keep to use the new resolution, or click Revert to go back to the previous resolution.
