Question about PC Desktops
Like steveaug stated it is always better to have them replace or make a claim to the shipping company. but if it is to late, you should have a back up disk or you can go to the manufacturer's website and download the proper or updated drivers and install them on your system. Because it sounds like they may have not been installed. If you are running windows XP check the device manager to make sure that the devices are recognized. The other solution might be that the small power cables inside the tower could have come loose during shipping, just open the tower case and make sure that the power cables are connected snuggly.
