Question about RCA 27R411T 27" TV
You have bad capacitors in this TV. I Have not repaired this model for quite some time. I do remember there are few caps to look for. I don't remember locations. But look for a 160 volt to 250 volt cap at 1 Mf. Look for a 200volt 100MF and a 200 volt to 250 volt 2.2Mf cap. And be sure to check all grounds to ICs attached to heatsinks. And there might be a 63 volt at 10Mf that is bad as well. These are all rated at 105 degrees. Anyway these are very good clues to get started with. I don't believe you have any bad ICs yet.
