Question about Samsung CLX 3160fn All-In-One Printer
This is a mechanical motor failure. If the machine is still under warranty you definitely want to claim it under that. If it is not you will be much better off replacing the unit. Unfortunately it is more expensive to repair than it is to just replace. These Samsung units are notorious for these kind of problems. Personally I recommend you replace it with something like a Canon or HP... there is an amazing special going right now on this Canon from Amazon, only $86.87 with free shipping and no tax. In stores it's easily $150+. Plus this unit is much more compact, and is way more energy efficient, and more efficient with ink usage.
