Question about Canon PowerShot A75 Digital Camera
Camera visual screen does not display what the camera is pointed at, the dispaly button has no affect - normal playback is functional - flash and remainder of camera is fucntional - basically - I paoint at an object to take the shot - yet nothing in the screen is displayed - picture shoots but the picture is the same - a black screen - with no photo - it seems like the internal part of the camera - it's eyes are closed. Any help out there?

Turn off the camera.
Remove the battery pack.
Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
Allow the camera to remain without power for 60 seconds.
Reinsert the battery pack.
Turn on the camera.
Also try resetting the Camera back to factory default: The RESET button is located at the lower right side of the control button. To reset the camera just press the RESET button using a sharp-pointed object.
If the issue remains the same, then service may be required.
