hello, I have a 3-4 yr old Philips 109 cm rear projection TV model 43pp925 There had been a problem with it, the screen used to go funny with the colour and now the tv does not come on when you turn it on. The problem started as the screen took on a greenish hue and after a while it stopped working.
Would you know how to fix it?

-   red and green tubes focus is ok but blue is just a blue blurr and looks like the picture is washed out and the colours will not mix -   maxtrac5

try unplugging the circuit board thats connected to the green picture tube thats the board in the middle then while the boards unplugged try to power up the tv if it works it means your green picture tube is shorted
