Question about Kenmore 44102 Front Load Washer
Check the leveling of the washer. Try rocking from Front Left the the Rear Right and to the Front Right to the Left Back. If it's good then your floor may be an issue. Ceramic tile is the WORST and if that's the case there's not much of a solution. The floor may have some "give" to it. In a nutshell, the floor needs to be solid and smooth. Another thing that whirlpool recommends to reduce vibration is to separate fabrics. Mixing fabrics messes with the harmonics of machine. Also, use HE soap only. You don't want suds because they can cause out of balance conditions as well. Hope this helps,
