Well I bought this card at msy bris aust for $35 aud, and initially I had lots of probs, but I did eventually get it to work perfectly on vista.
all I did is put the driver disk in, explore the disk, goto drivers, goto dvb-t and run setup. a box should come up which says "press start to install DVBT 100 BDA Driver" press start. when its finished it should say kword has finished installing your driver. a box should pop up which says kworld tv setup wizard. now answer both questions, which system you have and which country you are living in, if you can only answer one click "tv system " icon and do it again. now restart.
don't bother installing any other software
windows media center
open up windows media center which comes with vista and select "live Tv" and follow the promps, i cant remember every step , you'll have to work this part out for yourselves, but its fairly easy.
you cant use the remote with this method.
