Camcorder lcd screen light blue (blank) and...

Hi,
I have an Aiptek MPVR+cb camcorder still under warranty. It has worked pretty well since purchase. Since last week the following problems occur:
When I open the lcd monitor, the screen lights to blue, then a very quick dim, then blue screen. I am unable to display any menu or to record. Further, I am unable to turn the camera off via the power button, but must remove the battery and reinstall.
I have completely discharged the battery and recharged it as well remove the memory card in an effort to get the camera to work.

a short light when opening lcd, and it disapprears after 1 second

please any help ?
