Could be the temp sensor or the control board. This kind of offset is too high to be calibrated for. Check the oven sensor resistence, if you have a meter, and it should measure about 1000 ohms at ambient temp. Most of the time, in instances such as yours, I find the control board bad. Hope this helps,

The thermostat is the cause of the problem, normally the the only cure is to replace the oven thermostat, completely, or alternatively, compensate by setting a lower temperature when cooking.
this will work o/k if it is always the same variation in temperature across the range .

Yes. It is maintaining a temperature hot enough to burn off residue but not overheat and burn the house down. It should be running somewhere around 500 degrees f

It can take 4 hours to complete. I also see that many people have problems with the temperature sensor "Blowing" after they use that function. When you do the clean special door interlocks activate and the oven heats up to like 900 degrees!

Temp cycle span from on to off is 32 and 33 degrees respectvly

Obviously the thermostat calibration is out, most manufactures allow a tolerance of + or- 10%, so yours is outside this range.
You can compensate by setting the temperature lower by say 20 degrees, this will then bring it within accepted tolerances.
Hope this helps you.

How to remove the control panel on Whirlpool double oven Model RBD305PDS14

Remove the doors by turning toward you a little toggle apparatus located on each hinge. Locate a small screw on the lower inside edge of the left and right hand trim and then slide off the trim. Remove the lower trim then raise the upper trip and put the left end of the panel inside the top opening. This allows you access to the control panel. Test both the keypad part #8300440 and the control panel part #830219 to see which one needs to be replaced. Order the replacement part, plug it in, reverse the precess above and it should work like new..
