Question about Computers & Internet
This classic situation where the pop settings in Outlook are good, but the smtp are not.
First, please use your browser to go to your ISP home page and select your account/member's page/customer care or the like.
Once you have that , please look for the link that states e-mail support. Almost every ISP (Internet Service Provider) has a help section on how to setup the e-mail accounts for various programs (especially Outlook) PS, that is what isps say when they do not know.
If you wish to confer, I would be glad to look up the information for you.
There are port settings and security check boxes....
If you are comfortable with it, call me (or have your significant other call) and i will do my bet to guide you thru the step required to set up your SMTP settings, plus other setting and or problems you may want answers to.
