Sorry but your laser is going! +R disks need a slightly higher burn power. Eventually you will have the same fault for RW disks.

Had the same problem. Found that the code refers to the cooling fan. Could be that the fan is dusty or not running when the system starts up. I removed the fan with the two screws and reseated the plug. Make certain that the short, black wire (that seems to go to nothing) is securing the plug to the board.
