Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
Please check the Drum and it's contacts. You can clean the contacts with a cotton bud dampen with alcohol or spirit or acetone. This is usually a bad drum connector. There's nothing much you can do, but you can try another tip, turn off the machine, leave it off for few minutes and again Turn back On while you hold down the Reset button.
If this doesn't helpful, try with another drum (maybe with the old one, but working). Also clean the contact on the machine.
