Hi, well these can be real hard to remove, there are two ways to do this, with heat, form an oxy torch, or blow torch, or use of penetrating oil .or Use Automatic Transmission Fluid or Acetone to loosen it (Also make sure there are no "Keys" that need to be removed)
Or use a Pully/Gear Puller. See below.
