Hey honestly what you need to do is send the unit back to pyle and they will repair it. I have the same issue 2 times. What they say is the players power supply went out and that 80% of issues with the pyle products are improper installation. I am selling mine and you should do the same after you get the player back. I hope I could help

If the temperature inside the car is high, the disc won't eject.
If it is OK, enter to 'Preference page" select 'Default" and press enter to reset the device. Type the old password, the factory passord code is , and key in 4 charecters password now you want to use, and retype again to confirm key in correctly Now press Eject button. If this does not help you, the loading mechanism of the device is faulty, and need service. Disassembleing and reassembling this mechanism is really a skilled work, and should be done by expereienced service techinician. OK
