Question about Video Game Consoles & Games
Hi this is down to hardware failure switch it off then if you remove the little plastic cover where the hard driver is and undo the blue screw holding the hard drive in place then you need to slide the hard drive down not pull it out yet you need to slide it up or down first then you can pull it out, when its out switch the ps3 on then off again then unplug it refit the hard drive and put the screw back in and the cover then plug it all in and give it a try hopefully that will solve your problem, if not the chances are you need a new hard drive.
let me know if you need further assistance ok
plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
