Depends on what version of Windows your running. If you have Vista or newer you will need to locate and download a password cracker program and burn it to a bootable cd and use that to recover your password. These are normally free. BCD Crack comes to mind. If you have XP there are two files you can delete to remove the passwords from the computer. Your best bet to identify these, since I can't remember which ones they are right now, is to get a windows secrets book and look them up in there. You will have to boot the machine in DOS to do this.
