i have followed your advice to download software for the above printer after losing my software but there seems to be an issue with the file is there any where that you are aware of that i can get a replacement disk

  1. i have windows vista and i cant link the phillips mf-jet 500. ive tried going to the sagem web site who have taken over phillips. down loaded the drivers but still does not work. it states that it blocks nt 4.0 i tried this way as it wont even connecting useing the disk that came with the printer :( looks like ill have to buy a new printer that is compatable with vista. date 13 . 6 . 08

I can post you a copy of the disk version 1.01.
It is for Windows 98/2000/ME/XP it supports German, English, Spanish, Dutch, Italian and French. I will include the 32 page manual in English pdf format as well.
Anyone interested email me at wilwordsworth@msn.com to check I am still alive, then Paypal me £3 including postage and it is yours.
It is very unlikely that Sagem (who have taken over support from Philips) will ever produce a Vista driver.
I have one of these beasties but the ink is so expensive I doubt I will ever use it again. But if anyone can suggest a cheap source of ink that would be great.
