Question about Samsung Televison & Video
All I can tell you to do that might help is to unplug the set from it's power source for 5 minutes, then reconnect it and try. Also, look to make sure one button is not stuck in the engaged position. I've done the Samsung warranty work for several years on those sets and only recall needing parts for this problem once. It was front control pcb and required major disassembly and reassembly. Hope that helps fixya.
