Hello,

As you scroll through your pictures you will find many with an L in the bottom right corner. These you cannot remove yourself. They are write protected in the SIMM chip. You can go to your Service Provider's store and they can remove them for you. It requires a special link to your Phone that includes software that can change the write only property value. The tech may just do that and hand it back to you and let you now remove what you want and leave the rest.

The only other time I've seen this ability was with an older phone from LG when the storage capacity was maxed out... I was then able to remove these preinstalled images.

Hope that fixes you.

I have a Motorola Razr V3a, the pictures and songs that come with the phone are programmed into the phone directly, they are not part of memory, they cannot be erased. I've attempted through USB and Blutooth, using both Motorola Phone Tools, and other brands of software. Sorry, this can not be done.

Most pictures and songs that come with you phone are unable to be deleted, but your best approach is to try deleting it via the computer.

Hello adelino,

These pictures and songs are probably defaulted there and cannot be removed. Your best try is to use your computer to try to delete them instead of doing it over the phone.

Motorola raza v3 bluetooth

I would like to say don't transfer files with bluetooth because in high use areas you will get interference which corrupts the transfered file. But, people seldom care about why things happen they just want them fixed. well the best thing I can say is to try your transfers in an are where no one else has bluetooth or WiFi. I know this does not help, but there is a reason bluetooth is call all band or all spectrum noise.

It would help to know which Motorola phone you have. But sounds to me like you have only the Motorola Update software, meant to only upgrade your phone to latest Motorola operating system. In order to access your pictures, depending on your phone model, you will most likely need the Motorola Phone Tools application. Unfortunately it does not come with the phone. It can be purchased here: http://www.store.motorola.com/mot/en/US/adirect/motorola?cmd=catDisplayStyle&catKey=600960 You can also check www.modmymoto.com for aftermarket applications to access your phone. P2KCommander is one of the more popular programs.
