Go to the manufactures website and click on the support tab. Under it should have various models listed Sewlect the model you have and download the software. After the download it will ask you to run, save of cancel. Choose save, and choose run.

How about this?! If you have a memory card in your camera, you can copy the pictures to the laptop via a cheap USB multicard reader. Some laptops have suitable memory card reader (SD/MMC/MS/xD) already built in the machine. The card reader drive can be accessed via Win "My computer" icon.

Connect your camera to the computer with its cable, the camera will come up in My Computer as an attached drive (Eg, D or E or F), just double click on the icon and you'll be able to browse to and copy your photos to your computer.
