Try a different USB port on the computer. If that doesn't work then try to use a different cable to connect it to the computer. If you are still not having any luck, the port on the phone itself may be damaged and would require repair. You may still be able to connect your phone to the computer via Bluetooth though, if both the phone and computer are capable.

How to fix my cell phone u700"upload data to pc"

Hi,

Use USB cable. If your handset came with a USB cable or if you purchased a USB cable, connect your handset using the cable to your PC. Your PC should then show the contents of your Phone memory card (pictures, videos, musics) which can then be copied on to your PC. Please refer to pg. 120-125 of your Users' Manual for instructions to copy Music and Pictures.

The PDF copy of the user manual can be downloaded here: User's Guide.

Hope this helps. If so, please Vote.

-best regards,
Mrigs

Uploading pictures

There is two way to upload pictures to your computer.

First you can upload directly form your phone trough the use of your phone USB cable. But this part you need to install your phone driver so that your phone would be detected.

Second you can upload pictures trough the use of memory card reader and no driver needed. Be sure the the picture in your phone are stored in memory card. At this time the things you should do is to remove your memory card from your phone. Insert your memory card to the memory card reader and plug to your computer. Now you can start to upload your picture.

How do you use a samsung u600 usb cable toupload pictures from your phone onto the computer?

you need to install samsung pc studio on your computer before you can use the usb to upload pictures. There is a manual package with the cd to guide you through the installation.

But i would suggest using a card-reader is much easier and faster when copying files from your phone, rather than using a usb directly attached to the phone.
