Question about XFX GeForce FX 5200 Graphic Card
I just bought the XFX GeForce FX 5200 graphic card. I installed it into the agp slot and turned on my computer. It recognized it. I installed the driver from the cd it came with. It prompted me to restart and so I did. After the Windows XP logo comes up, the monitor screen goes to black and says "OUT OF RANGE". But I can still hear the windows starting up. Please help.
You have to change frequency of monitor to work smoothly form display property.
Out of Range is frequency is not matching
To solve this, wwhile booting Press F8 to get advanced boot menu from that select "Enable VGA mode"
change the display properties
right click on desktop - Select properties - Settings - Advanced (from bottom) - goto monitor tab - change the frequecny to default. and restart the system normal mode

the larger the size of the graphics card the better quality your gaming and entertainment programs will come out. however the graphics card cant always help if your monitor doesn't have a good enough display (480, 720, 1080p)

No this card won't work in an 'HP Pav. Slimline s3620f" The specs from HP say it has one open PCI-E slot that is used for graphics cards.
