Question about Audi Car Audio & Video
Normally a dealer provides them for free. Are you outside of the USA?Perhaps try another dealer first in another city.If they do not help, here is a link to a site that is much cheaper than $115.If you want to find other ones to compare pricing just google 'factory radio unlock codes'.Many sites will appear. Also,be sure to write it down and the procedure. When you disconnect the battery it will happen and your battery could be disconnected for many other problems than just battery/alternator work.Good luck! Having the VIN was definitely a good choice too.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!
