utilitech is "Exclusive" to Lowe's. And your model is discontinued.
Maybe and it's a Big Maybe a associate at lowe's can help you out.

But in my experience with selling to the Big Box stores when they requested an "Exclusive/Private Label" we manufactured what they ordered and when they no longer wanted the product we stopped making it and cancled any orders with the vendors/parts for items we didn't make.
Twas ALLOT more complicated than that, but that's the basics.

The capacitor in that unit is for starting the motor that drives the blower fan. It has no impact on the ignition of the gas burner. On the control board, there is a light that should be flashing, can you tell us how many times it is flashing?

If you have a gas engine in your Dodge, then the fuel filter is located inside the fuel tank and is a part of the fuel pump module. In theory it is a lifetime filter but should it need replacement the fuel tank would need to be lowered/removed and the pump module replaced. I don't believe you can buy the filter seperately but think it is a part of the fuel pump module. Hope this helps!

have 1994 4.3 cpi and the problem I had sounds same.
It was a leaky pressure line in pletium . easy fix $45.00 part $15.00 gasket.
the leak was caused from the fuel lines rubbing together in pletium.
take the vortec cover off ,then remove air regulator in middle and look inside . I turned on power to key and gas spray came from drivers side of pletium looking in hole.fuel line side. if gas spray on passanger side then gas regulator faulty. takes 5 min to check
After fixing truck runs runs great. no more gas smell in cab.
also you can smell oil for gas

i don't think you can convert the gas dryer to an electric dryer.

there are so many issues to consider.

1 the contacts of the timer would be a big problem,
2 the heating element wiring uses big wires where as the existing wires are very small to handle the big current of the heaters.
3 the configuration of extra part that you would have such as the gas solenoids, the ignite r, the flame sensor, etc which electric dryer does not have.

and more....

so bottom line is..... can not convert.

Changed both tanks in my 90 F-250 4x4 last year. Get a repair manual Haynes or Chilton, for $20 or so online or at parts store. I have both which have good diagrams and tips for gas tank replacement and everything else. Some big parts store chains have some of this info online.
Gas is to $$$$$ to leak any, besides, you don't want to blow up when someone throws a cigarette under your truck.. good luck, countrycurt0
