Hi, if the display is actually stuck on -21 & +4 respectively without it changing and there is also no signal on L2 of compressor relay then your thoughts about the main pcb is right.

Why is my Whirlpool s20brsb21 fridge not staying cold ,the temperature seems to vary and food is going off

The most likely fault is the relay on the rear board located behind the back panel , take out the plastic housing that contains the printed circuit board and take the lid off then switch the fridge on and listen for the compressor starting if after 15 minutes it does not start tap the big orange relay with a the handle of a screwdriver if the compressor starts you need to change the relay and associated capacitors, if that is not possible just change the complete board.
there are loads of other possibilities but that is the most likley

Why do freezer coils ice up on my Stainless Steel Whirlpool refrigerator (model GB2SHDXTS)?

On your model your cntrl board has a relay that can stick causing the compressor to always run even when the unit is turned off or in defrost. turn the fridge off, move the temp of the freezer to it's warmest setting and it should display a line in the freezer and fridge temp display. listen to hear if the compressor is running in back of the unit. if it is you need part number: 12868513

Fridge makes clicking sound every 60-90 seconds..freezer defrosting, fridge not staying cold.

If the clicking sound you are hearing is from the back of the refrigerator near the floor then I believe the sound is coming from the start relay that is located on the side of the compressor.
Replace the start relay with a new one and you should be good to go unless the compressor has been damaged.
The start relay is easy to replace as it just plugs into the side of the compressor. Start relays are also often very inexpensive.
Make sure to use your model number and get the factory direct replacement start relay and not a 3n1 universal start relay.

I have lights and power but no cooling in the fridge or freezer

The themostat could be stuck open, the defrost timer could be stuck in defrost or the compressor start relay/overload could be bad. All are worth fixing.
Bump the thermostat with the heal of your hand. If the fridge starts, the termostat is bad. The defrost timer is in the same housing as the thermostat. There is a dime sized hole in the bottom of the housing that will show a white or black "screw". Use a screwdriver to turn it 1/4 turn. If the fridge starts, timer is bad. You need a tech for the relay/overload.

Whirlpool fridge not cooling gone warm air blowing

more than likely the compressor is not starting, it has a starting device on the left side of the compressor which has a relay/overload called a relay, remove the relay and shake it , if it rattles it has gone bad. the relay/overload combination has gone bad and can be replaced with pro41 relay. if the compressor has a run capacitor just eliminate the capacitor when replacing with new relay. connection of the two wires makes no difference.

Fridge not cooling

Most of the time on a whirlpool the problem is the relay on the compressor sometimes called the start device. I would replace that first. If you need help finding the part let me know. I will need the complete model # from the sticker inside the fridge section. You can look it up with diagrams at
