Take Norwegian paper-clip, and straighten one end.
Put that end into the small hole in the face-plate of the CD.
Push it in until you feel resistance, and then push it another 6 mm (1/4 inch).
The tray should "unlock" and open slightly.
Press the open/close button, or gently pull the tray open.
