You Can Go to Outlook.com To Any Device To change The Password Then You Can Recover The Password. Then You Can Login. Or If You Need Any Help Regarding That You Can Leave Your Number I cAan Call You And I Can Help You Out.
The first step is to check your Outlook Express settings, making sure that the POP3 and SMTP servers are as in the screenshots, and that your full user name and password are correct.
Then test your connection by following this procedure.
Click the Start button then RUN type in cmd on (Windows NT/2000/XP) or Command (Windows 95/98/ME). This will open a new command prompt window, with white text on a black screen.
Type in the following exactly as it appears. You will not see what you are entering so take it slowly, and if you make a mistake, start again.
telnet pop.tiscali.co.uk 110 and then click the Enter key on your keyboard. You will then be connected to the email server.
Type in USER followed by your email address e.g. USER firstname.lastname@example.org and then click the Enter key. You will then get a message +OK Please enter your pass, with the PASS command
Type in PASS followed by your password e.g. PASS joblog0370 and click the Enter key. If it is correct, you will get an OK Well done message.
If you can do this, you have connected to the Tiscali server and so the problem lies somewhere with Outlook Express.
If you can't get in this way either, it could be that your password has somehow become corrupted. Try changing it in My Account. Try again.
If this doesn't work, it may be that TCP/IP has somehow become corrupted within Windows. So try reinstalling TCP/IP. To do this
Right click your connection and click Properties
Click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and then click Uninstall
Then close down your PC and open it up again.
Follow the same steps as above, but instead of clicking Uninstall click Install.
On the screen which appears, click Protocol and then Add
Click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and then OK (You may be prompted for your Windows installation disk at this point.
If you run Windows XP, the process is slight different. You need to
Then type in Command
In the screen which appears, type in netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
You need to look at the information that was provided by your ISP (Internet service provider). If you are trying to access through a client programs such as outlook then you need to find out from your ISP what the pop and SMTP addresses are so that you can enter them at that screen as well as the username and password that was provided with your account.
I would suggest an Outlook Express Reinstall after you back up your address book and message list. If nothing is of importance just resinstall it because backing up can be problematic with OE being partially functional.
Reinstall OE6 You need your windows CD and you must be logged on as Administrator or as a member of the Administrators group in order to perform this procedure.
Click Start , click Run , and then type the following command:
%systemroot%inf ie - "c:windowsinf" - no quotes
Click OK to open the INF folder.
Locate the file MSOE50.inf .
Right-click the file, and then click Install . This will reinstall the files that Outlook Express needs to proceed normally. It will ask you to put your windows XP cd in the drive
Click start, Click RUN, type: msimn.exe, Press <ENTER> outlook express should open. If it does, then you can create a new shortcut on the desktop by Right Clicking the blank desktop, Click NEW, Click Shortcut, type the path: "C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\msimn.exe" then finish the wizard.
If msimn.exe give an error, the go to add/remove programs, Click Add/remove Windows Components, Check the checkbox next to Outlook Express, Click Next and finish the wizard (You may be prompted for your Windows XP CD)
If you are using Windows Vista, it doesn't include Outlook Express, Vista uses Windows Mail for the default mail handler.
