Question about Xerox DocuColor 12 Color Copier
First I would try to power-down the fiery and disconnect the power cable for 30 seconds or so then try to re-start. If that does not work then it sounds like you need to reload the software on the fiery, don't forget there may also be patches you need to install. This takes several hours. Xerox protects that Fiery software so you may have a hard time finding the cd's if you don't already have them. The patches are a no charge download from the Xerox website.
