First I would try to power-down the fiery and disconnect the power cable for 30 seconds or so then try to re-start. If that does not work then it sounds like you need to reload the software on the fiery, don't forget there may also be patches you need to install. This takes several hours. Xerox protects that Fiery software so you may have a hard time finding the cd's if you don't already have them. The patches are a no charge download from the Xerox website.

You will need to reload the software in the Fiery.

My fiery EXP 12 not booting what can I do to fix this problem


You should be able to plug a monitor into the fiery. Do that and turn off the machine and fiery. Then power up and watch the monitor and see where it hangs. If it doesn't boot up you may have to get a Xerox technician in to restore/ugrade the system software for the fiery.

2, press 0 + start enter code 6789
3,go to nvm read/write
4,enter nvm 759-053 code -enter 1
5, next 759-054 code-enter 1

if u getting this message in ur fiery just reinstal software... this only solution... and if u get this error in ur printer pls check error code in bottom of the display..

pls u check the fiery and dc12 printer cable. if u have another cable pls replace and chek that also. i think the problem is in only the connectres. u remove and clean all conctres and refix. maybe the problem solved.

Booting problems with Canon CLC 1150 Copier


The copier itself doesnt have a hard drive. Since you are talking about Fiery I assume you mean the colorpass RIP attached to the copier. A CD with the software on it actually came with the RIP but it was probably swiped by the dealer. In any case it needs a SCSI CDROM in order to load it. But all is not lost. The hard drive actually keeps a backup of the software on the hard drive itself. Kinda like a system restore partition on some computers. When you switch it on hold down the top right button until the diagnostics pass. then press "restore backup". this will take quite some time. Once it is done you will have to go back into setup mode and re-enter all the network settings. Dont forget the default paper size.

Fiery cannot transfer the printing jobs to dc-12


have you tried replacing the cables maybe they are in a incorrect position wen you do this switch off the fiery and the machin.
