OK I have an MW511 model.
As I read my binary I am getting error code 133
x = light on
x - - - - x - x

This occurs when it comes to spin.....
- sometimes by power off wait a few minutes then back on and then forwarding thru to last cycle I can get it to spin.
But this is not always the case and is not how it is meant to work.
Generally re balancing the load does not change anything (usually careful not to over load anyhow, but some item once water logged are heavy)
Questions:
1) Does any body know what the fault issue is?
- is there an easy fix?
2) what does error code 133 mean ?

Mine just refused to do a final spin. 2 towels and a comforter.
Un balanced load, fixed that but it still wouldn't start. Slight burning smell. Let it sit for a few minutes to cool. Took out half the load. Then had to push down the lid lock and hand start the spin. Working fine now. We will see what happens with the next load. FP topload GL11, 2006. Been able to fix just about everything on it myself. Love it. Will be sad when it dies.

I have had exactly the same problem with my Fisher Paykel this week. Washes, rinses, drains, but won't spin on the final cycle and makes a slight thump sound.
I have the type of machine with a fanless pump, pump fixed to the underside of machine with two screws.
Solution: Carefully unscrewed the pump. Problem found: a baseball sized chunk of foul frey linty sludge, one large paperclip, one bead, one zip-pull & a pin. Removed, and works like a dream now!

You have to check all the harness connections on this machine and when you realize that this is going to happen often you may want to consider tossing this in a dumpster.

My Fisher Paykel has been doing exactly the same thing this week. Will wash, rinse, spin through rinse, but will not do final spin and makes final thump noise. My machine has the second type of pump with no fan, attached to the base with two screws. Solution, unscrewed and carefully removed pump. Problem, a baseball sized grey linty glunk ball, one bead, one large paperclip, two pins and a zip pull. Fixed now, working like a dream!

Microwave makes a thumping sound then no heat

sounds like the hi voltage diode or capacitor are intermittant, the thump is the transformer drawing current when the magnetron tube calls for hi voltage to operate, you will see the lights dim slightly every time it cycles the mag tube for heat

When it is not a direct drive it will be the carbon brushes in your motor which are gone.
This will explain the drain in power.
Good luck
