Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have the solution for this problem. You need to go into your fax settings, and adjust the RX Settings. There is an option there to "print if no ink" and you set that to YES, and it will spit out the pending report that is preventing you from sending faxes.

It printed the report but it still won't let me send a fax. Just bleeps and shows "Black Ink Low". Should be able to send a fax whether the ink is low or not??!

I have the same problem and it is either because you are using recycled ink cartridges or you have "low ink". You will probably reply that you can make copies and print from the computer (logic is missing here). I can only solve one of the problems and that is to print out your faxes received in memory.
1. Press "menu"
2. Fax Settings will appear. Press the + key once
3. Memory reference appears. Press ok
4. Documents in memory will appear with a number and you can print them out one by one.
Now, if I could just get past the "waiting for report" error...
Can anyone help?

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
