You are going to need to find out what is jammed in there. When the cover gets removed, you can see where your clorox bleach solution lines go. Most of the time they drain into the machines' tub. If there is so much as a rock, marble, dirt, a penny jamming this line, it is plugged hard. You will need to find a way to clear the debris the best you can. becareful, and make sure your washer is unplugged when you do any service work.

Whirlpool refrig. model EET222MKDRO. large puddles of water under crispers every other day. cannot find defrost drain. is this a costly repair or is refrig. shot. thank you.

That drain is below the evaporator and under the defrost heater. To get to it you have to remove the service panel to the freezer section. Use clorox and hot water or a wet dry shop vac to clear the drain.

Fabric softeneer despenser has water in it. We have not used the despenser. Have a whirlpool cabrio top loader

Had one where the softener dispenser had all kinds of dried up crud from the softener which caused the water to collect there instead of drain down. It actually looked like wax, after cleaning it out the water problem went away.

Dont' know where to add bleach alternative

yes clorox 2 or "dry type" bleach should be put in with the detergent. only liquid bleach will go into the bleach dispenser.
also be sure to use soap that is "HE" type or you will get too many suds and a washer that will smell from not rinsing out.

My new Front Loading washing machine has a terrible mildew problem!!!! I have used clorox bleach, lisol, clorox spray cleaner and the problem goes away for one load. If a new load sits for more than 30...

your drain where the hose drain hooks to your house isnt draining fast enough ,there must be lint in the pipe ,when your washing machine pumps out the water the pump shuts off ,but the drain hose is syphoning the water that the drain pipe has in the pipe back into the machine
