I only want one tab opened at a time because certain websites do not allow me to have multiple accounts opened with more than one tab

The only way you can restrict IE8 to open only 1 tab at a time is to edit the registry file, which is not recommended unless you are very familiar with programming.
This link can show you how:

Why when I login to my gmail it show security and nonsecurtiy?

i presume you are talking about secure and non secure internet content which comes up as warning when you browse internet. this is actually feature of microsoft that is integrated in to internet explorer 7 and 8 but mostly shows in 8. it does not really mean anything. you can open same page on firefox and it will probably wont show any warning. Only way to get rid of it is to go back to older internet explorer like 6 or follow this page http://blog.httpwatch.com/2009/04/23/fixing-the-ie-8-warning-do-you-want-to-view-only-the-webpage-content-that-was-delivered-securely/.

'Internet Explorer Multible Windows Opened

Hi,
Try using tabbed browsing instead, then all your 'windows' are now tabs within your browser.
Enable or disable the tabs in Internet Explorer 7.
1. In IE7 click Tools, and select Internet Options.
2. Select the General tab.
3. In the Tabs section, click Settings.
4. Uncheck Enable Tabbed Browsing to disable the tabs. Check it to enable tabs.

Hope this helps
