1- check that you are using original cartridges and use the utility to check for ink levels. also ensure that you are using the right paper size. 2. clean the cartridges using the automated utility and finally align the printer. you could follow the guide on how to align here. if all this does not solve it, then follow the guide on the same document above and Clean the area around the ink nozzle.
