I have 2 seceond display and turn off - Fujitsu Siemens Premium Line 3816 FA-M 15" LCD Monitor

Test the reset button with a tester DVOM, for continuity and change if necessary if is o.k You can have some short circuit.
This problem is more difficult to detect, you need experience in troubleshooting, and handling the DVOm for to see whic component or board is producing the problem.
Maybe you need some service tech for diagnostic, and repair.
However try to RUN the software calibration for diagnose, and troubleshooting.and fix it.

Check the moniter ,unplug the gu cable from computer.

Check the ram to another pc, to confirm about ram ensure ( DDR suport PC).
If the problem is same remove CMOS battery,and press on switch for 40 seceonds.

You mean the screen turns black. Try it with another PC to make sure it is not the video card problem or the VGA cable.
