It shows SAFE because wrong codes have been entered previously

To restore LEAVE SWITCHED ON ...UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself

This could take an hour or two

Make sure you have the correct code

Radio in 7safe mode on Vauxhall omega

You need to re enter the code, ignition on, hold AS button till bleep, use preset buttons to enter code, press AS again. If you don't know the code DONT TRY TOO MANY TIMES as it will disable radio permanently after too many wrong attempts (not sure if it becomes scrap after 10 wrong attempts) in any event it will increase delay as you get more wrong.

The battery light in my opel omega is constantly red and i the dynamo makes 14volts so thats not the problem and my windows doesnt work and all the fuses are whole whats the problem?

check the earth wire under the battery they are common to go there and will cause this kind of fault., unbolt the 10mil nut and clean all the earth connections. do a proper battery removal first you will also need the radio code at hand as you need this fro the radio to work after this is all done. put ignition to number 2 ( when opening the doors first ) then turn off (0) then you have 30 seconds to remove the negative off the battery. only take the negative off, if you are going to charge up the battery make sure you put the live wire on first. now the battery is disconnected clean the earths under the battery. a wire brush etc will do the bolt sticking out but sandpaper is better for doing the copper connectors on the wires . if the wires are frayed then change the connection on a good clean part of the wire.

Is an Omega seamaster copy waterproof? (And this is not a Chinese cheap copy either. It appears very convincing.)

Generally it is safe to assume that copies are not waterproof although they be water resistant. Genuine omegas are sealed and compressed which is why a battery change at an authorised dealer (who will end the watch to omega) is approx £40.

Radio display says SAFE and will not play music

You need your radio code its 4 numbers, you use your radio preset station button to change the # press the 1 station button till you put in your code then the # 2 preset station # then 3, then fourth preset. You should find your code in your service manual. when your code is in, press the + or - button on the station search, or refer to your manual. good luck

Radio code for vauxhall corsa

The units anti-theft program was activated when the battery was disconnected. If you don't know the 4 digit code, try to contact the previous owner or most higher end car audio dealer/installers will offer a service to reset the anti-theft code program, for a fee.

Vw golf .... alpha...... safe 2

"2 safe" means that your radio was in safe mode, and then the code was improperly entered 2 times. you either need to disconnect your battery and leave it for up to 4 hours (i've been told), or leave your key in the ignition for around an hour.

once it comes out of "2 safe" mode, then it will just say SAFE and give you the numbers 1-0-0-0. You just need to enter the 4 digit code (using your pre-set numbers 1-2-3-4 to change the numbers), then hold the seek > button and your radio should come on.

If you don't have the code, call VW. they'll find your code for free. they did for me. if not they'll charge like $50 or something.
