I assume you are referring to the deck bearings. The easiest way to replace the blade drive bearings is to remove the deck from the mower. You can then easily remove the blades, clean the deck and be able to easily get to the bolts holding the bearings and pulleys in place. This is normally a straightforward repair and can be accomplished with common hand tools. You will need to purchase the parts from the dealer who sells the mower. Replace all 3 set of bearings. On a 3 year old mower ask yourself why the bearings failed. Are you washing under the deck when the bearings housings are hot? That will cause premature failure. Are you greasing the bearings regularly?

Could be a few things, First, you say it's getting fuel, but is the fuel fresh? It may have water in it and act like your engine. Did this problem just start happening? Did you happen to ride over something that may have sheared the key on the flywheel? This would throw the timing off on the engine. If you can try to start it while spraying gas into the carb throat and it keeps running, then it could just be a dirty caburetor or a misadjusted carb float. Good luck, Bill

SOURCE: I have an old westwood
Here is a page of standard sheaves (pulleys) available. If you have the old belt, it may have markings on it like 4L500W. The first two digits are the width of the belt & pulley.
The 500 is the length.
If you can take the old belt or pulley to an auto parts store, they can tell you if it is 3L, 4L, 5L.
Then get pulley dimensions, outside diameter & bore diameter and purchase one directly from Gates or others. If the outside dimension varies a little, it may not matter too much, just things will run faster if the OD is bigger on the drive unit or slower the other way around. If dimensions are close, it will be only a few percent.
