My screen is blank can not see anything

do you have the lens cover open? do you get any error code or warning message? do this: make sure you have fully charged battery. close the lens cover.make sure cam is off.open lens cover by sliding it down until click is heard.if no go.close lens cover.make sure cam is off.remove the battery from cam for at least 15secs.reinsert battery.open lens cover until you hear the click.if no go try this. can you see the operational buttons and icons on the screen? if you do try to initialize the camera. touch HOME ->settings (looks like a toolbox icon) -> Main Settings (touch OK) -> [Initialize] -> [OK]. if it doesn't work service might be required.thanks :)

My camera iz not opening...if i go to vedio mode it opens and then when i shift to image mode..it works but not clear image is captured...plz reply

If your camera is not opening, sometimes it may be that the battery may be low. If your image capture is not clear enough, first of all clean the camera glass or lens thoroughly, then you go to...
Camera mode -> Click options -> Effects -> select Normal.
Back to options -> White balance -> select Auto.
Back to Options -> Image quality -> select Normal. Hope it puts smile on your face.

Camera automatic off

This is actually hardware problem.
When u open the lens cover behind, there is a small button which is pressed. The camera works until the button is pressed and goes off when released.you just tightly press your lens cover.or try consulting at service centres..
