How do you replace keys

Get replaceement keys from Yamaha America (musical instruments). Search Google for the phone number in California. You will need the model number and the key position that is broken and maybe the SN of your unit.
Download a service manual for instructions here: http://elektrotanya.com/yamaha_psr-e213_ypt-210_sm.pdf/download.html
When you go to this site DO NOT click on the download button but wait a minute for "Get Manual" to appear in the BOTTOM RIGHT and click on that link. You will get a PDF file of your SERVICE manual that has everything you need to understand how the keys are attached. BE VERY CAREFUL when opening the unit as there are tender ribbon cables between to two halves of the case. The manual probablly has a part number for the key in the parts list.

A friend of mine has a Casio keyboard CTK-691 which is not functioning. He asked me for help. I have another friend who is a radio repairman (professional). He has found out that the IC with position...

Here is a schematic for a CTK680... might be close to your CTK681...

http://elektrotanya.com/casio_ctk_680.pdf/download.html

Scroll down to "get manual" and click to download it. IGNORE other download links on the page.

Assuming this is the correct schematic, IC12 is shown as a TC750BF which is an open collector driver for the MIDI. If this part is bad, the MIDI output drive signal to an external device will not work. Without an external device connected, the output of this chip WILL NOT change as it is an open-collector driver and without the pull-up of the external device the output will remain at zero... so if the tech is testing this particular part AND the symptom is NOT that the MIDI signal to an external device is not working, then he is on the WRONG TRACK. Often radio repairmen do not understand logic chips and their variations.

Fender Hot Rod Deluxe. Works great except when I turn the amp off it crackles pretty loud. It takes about 5-10 seconds for the crackle is heard. If I turn the standby switch first, then wait a minute or...

As voltages drop, electronics gets unstable as it goes down and becomes noisy... this may be the nature of this beast. Opening the standby might be the best way to avoid the problem.. Here is your schematic for service:

Scroll down to "get manual" and click to download. IGNORE other download links.
Opening the standby switch turns off power to the main amp so noise generated in the preamp will not be amplified.

You will likely find that one of the power amps has shorted... been there, done that several times. Usually the channel A (rearmost) power amp shorts takeing out the 9140 Mosfets and other parts. Often an internal short between an interior and upper layer of the amp circuit board is the fault that causes all this. Use a light bulb (150 watt) in series with the power input when testing after repair. Use an isolation transformer when working on the supply for personal safety. When supply is running again, discharge the 70 volt source caps before plugging onto the amp to avoid welding arcs at the connectors. I have seen the supply hold charge for several days.

Place where the ac adapter goes in that piece is loose.the keyboard dosent stay on unless sometimes i find a good position tomove the piece.the problem is internal(not the plug).

Likely the soldering of the connector to the circuit board has come loose. Take it to a shop or repair the unit yourself if electronically competent... the cost will be minimal... there are a lot of screws to take out to access the connector... be careful of the ribbon cables and connectors when opening.
