Question about Kenmore 64802 Top Freezer Refrigerator
Unplug the unit and take the inside skin out of the freezer. Use a hair dryer to heat the rear, top and bottom, to melt any remaining ice. Look in the back, where the tubes enter the unit, for possible mouse damage. There should be absolutely no open space anywhere. Make sure the fins are completely dry and the drip tray underneath is not blocked. Reassemble and plug it in.
