Try this...in the trunk lift the carpet that covers the spare. Now look around the spare for a sticker that will have a four digit number, that's your radio code. Also note that this sticker maybe underneath the spare but usual not. Hope that helps

Radio says wait constantly, cant enter my code even if id like to!

Hi,

When this happens you must leave the radio constantly powered on and the power must be uninterrupted or the wait will start all over again.

For this reason the key must be turned in the ignition to Accessories power on - otherwise the radio may shut itself off before the wait is expired.

You may have to wait up to 4 hours (or even more) depending how many wrong codes have already been tried so leave the car in a safe place as key must be in ignition.

When wait period is over - code can be entered. Make sure you have the right code!

Hope it helps. Thanks for using FixYa.

Yes. You will need to visit your local dealership. You will need your VIN number, and it will cost you a little to get the code. But it can be done.

  • You can try to disconnect the battery again for 5 minutes and then reconnecting it and see if that brings your screen back up. If it does not then your radio has gone into PUK mode. PUK mode is what happens when the wrong code is entered to many times. It's a lock that can only be overridden by contacting the manufacturer of your radio. This is a security feature. Good luck.

Reset Car Radio for Opel Corsa Njoy

Try this..Turn your radio off, take the fuse out (for the radio) for one minute. Replace it and turn the switch on. Turn the radio on and enter the code. If this dosnt work you may have the wrong code. If you enter the wrong code 3 times it may lock and you will have to wait an hour before entering again.

Radio reads SAFE won't let me enter a code

Normally you do have to leave your car running sometimes 10 mins sometimes couple hours,

I had same problem with my one and i must have been driving around for days like it and one day it just decided to work

You may find that if you disconnect the battery for couple mins then put it all back together it will work

If not matey then you probley have a faulty headunit

so this is what i suggest to do

Number 1
Disconnect Battery for say 5 mins then connect it all up and see what happens if not you most prob do have a faulty headunit. you can take it to your local car audio shop and they will either repair it or decode it for you

Hope this helps you

Radio sound stopped

You may have blown the fuse in the fuseholder for the radio power when jumping. Follow any wiores that come off the battery terminals and trace them to a fuse. Check that fuse and replace if needed. Also check fuse on back of radio.
