If it's disabled you have to p ut it in recovery mode before you can restore it. Turn off, then press and hold menu and plug in the usb cord. keep holding until the sync cable logo appears on screen, then restore it through itunes. If the issue persists after a software restore in recovery Mode, there might be an issue with your logic board. Apple will help you with this because it is so new. However if you dropped it in water (etc.) and if apple doesn't replace it for you, you can get the part at iPhone Repair NYC and there is a guide that shows you how to put in the part at iPod touch 4G Repair Guide.

I think you will have to contact Apple for something like a factory reset, or your service provider.

Hope this helps.

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Need help getting passcode off my ipad

First, try going to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode or Settings > Passcode(depending on if you have an iPhone or iPad with Touch ID). Tap it, enter yourpasscode, then tap on Turn Passcode Off. If that doesn't work open the Settings app on your iPad and select General. Then look for where it says "Passcode Lock"

Just got iphone back it says its diabled but for 23,685,670 minutes?

How to fix it if your iPhone is disabled?
If your iPhone is disabled and has to be connected to iTunes, you can connect it to an authorized computer, and the Enter Passcode window will show again. If you insert the right passcode this time, your iPhone will be all right again.
If you forget the passcode completely, I'm afraid that the only way to make it back to work is to reinstall.

Note, that the iPhone will erase itself after ten incorrect password attempts in a row. You can turn this off under Settings > General > Passcode Lock.
6 attempts: 1 minute
7 attempts: 5 minutes
8 attempts: 15 minutes
9 attempts: 1 hour
10 attempts: Erase data. If that option is off it will require connecting to iTunes to unlock.

How do I delete the passcode on IPhone 5?

Try this:
1. Settings > General > Passcode
2. Enter your current passcode when prompted

The first option should be "Turn Passcode Off", if not scroll down to find it. You can also find other options for using your passcode.

Create a new password

Angelina-

To set up a passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch, go to Settings > Touch ID & Passcode (iPhone 5s) or Settings > Passcode (other models) and tap Turn Passcode On.

NOTE: If you or someone else enters the wrong passcode too many times, your device will disable itself temporarily.

Forgot my passcode

Bad News... you may have to Restore from iTunes. Here is some info from the users manual:
Passcode Lock By default, iPhone doesn’t require you to enter a passcode to unlock it. Set a passcode: Choose General > Passcode Lock and enter a 4-digit passcode, then enter the passcode again to verify it. iPhone then requires you to enter the passcode to unlock it or to display the passcode lock settings.
Turn passcode lock off: Choose General > Passcode Lock, enter your passcode, and tap Turn Passcode Off, then enter your passcode again. Change the passcode: Choose General > Passcode Lock, enter your passcode, and tap Change Passcode. Enter your passcode again, then enter and reenter your new passcode.
If you forget your passcode, you must restore the iPhone software. See “Updating and Restoring iPhone Software” on page 204.
Set how long before your passcode is required: Choose General > Passcode Lock and enter your passcode. Tap Require Passcode, then select how long iPhone can be idle before you need to enter a passcode to unlock it.
